The Betfred Spanish Lotto is based on the Official Loterias, the official lottery draws of Spain. As with all lotto betting, you are not playing the lottery and your bet is not a ticket into the draw. Instead, you are betting on the outcome of the official draw. Payout🔯s can occur for as little as one🍸 number appearing, while the maximum payout, for five balls, is paid to fixed odds of 150000/1.

The official Spanish lottery is known as the and is held twice weekly on Thursday and Saturday at 20.00 UK time. What Betfred have done is give you access to this draw – not to buy into it and win the jackpot, but instead to bet on its outcome for a stake, the size of which is your call. There is a fractional fixed odds scale that shows you how much you could win for anything from one to five correct balls drawn. Because the draw takes place at 20.00 in the UK, Betfred insist that all bets must be in by 19.30.

Betting on the Spanish lottery at Betfred really𒆙 couldn’t be simpler. To place a bet on the draw, pick as many numbers as you like up to five from numbers 1-49. Next, choose your stake, which may alter given your preference for either a single or a multiple or system bet (see below). Once your numbers have been added to the slip and your stake chosen, it is a simple matter of hitting the ‘place bet’ button and you will be entered into the very next 🧔draw. Of course, if you prefer, you can always use the lucky dip option to pick your numbers for you.

Where Can I Find Betfred Spanish Lottery Results?

In order to find the results you are looking for, you have numerous꧑ options. The most obvious way to check the results is to visit the Betfred website, where the results are instantly published. Alternatively, if you happen to be in or near a Betfred high street venue then you can always check the in-shop displays. Otherwise, will also publish results around 15 minutes after each draw has ended.

With a Spanish lottery bet at Betfred you know the odds – which, by the way, are guaranteed – that your stake will be working against. Not all sites let you bet on the 7-ball draw, which does include the bonus ball; however, Betfred do. Naturally, if you are betting on the lotto draw with an extra ball, you will see a difference in the odds. However, there's no need to worry, as there is very good value to be enjoyed either way, and better rewards by far than you can pick up on the as table below shows.

🐼 There are a number of ways to bet on the Spanish lottery at Betfred, from singles to multiples to system b🔯ets. Some of these have been listed below.

Single, Double and Trebles

A single is a solitary bet on a number appearing, and works in the same way as horse winning a race♒. If you backed the number ‘9’ to make an appearance, think of your bet in the same way as if you backed a horse to win a race. To that end, a double is a two selection bet on a single stake, while a treble is one bꦯet on three numbers to be drawn.

Yankee

In no way is lotto betting limited to four selections; these are purely examples, and the same system bets would apply to two, three or five selections. But, again, just as you would with sports betting, four selections, in this case picking four numbers to be drawn, can be worked into a bet known as Yankee if you choose. Here, you select four numbers for 11 bets involving 6 Doubles, 4 Trebles and a 4-fol൲d. You need at least a w😼inning double to make a return.

Lucky 15

A Lucky 15 is the same as above but with four added singles instead. In this case, bets are again based on four numbers and the bet includ꧑es, 4 Singles, 6 Doubles, 4 Trebles and a 4-fold. You will make a win if one number is drawn.

Betfred Spanish Lottery Rules

Betfred Spanish Lottery rules are fairly straightforward. Numbers are drawn from balls 1 through 49, and your bet will determine how many of those balls you need to draw to get a winning payout. Other than that, remember to get your bets on by 19.30 on either or both Thursday and Saturday – and the rest will depend on luck!

The lottery has a long history in Spain, having been imported from Naples by Carlos III. In fact, the first ever draw was as far back as December 10, 1763. It was adapted i🅠nto the modern lottery, the Royal National Lottery of Spain, by Ciriওaco González Carvajal in Cádiz in 1811, with the wise idea of providing funds to the Public Treasury that had been negatively affected by the War of Independence.

The first draw to be held in Madrid took place at the end of February 1814, and since, Madrid became the headquarters of the National Lottery. Today, Spain enjoys many lotteries, including El Gordo, or , the Christmas draw which sees abᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚ⁤⁤⁤⁤ᩚ⁤⁤⁤⁤ᩚ⁤⁤⁤⁤ᩚ𒀱ᩚᩚᩚout 9🌄0% of the population play along.

There are a number of betting sites that will allow you to bet on the Spanish Lotto draw, and some of these provide better odds than others. Not just for the Spanish lotto, either; For example Ladbrokes offers betting on the 49’s draw, while Betfred themselves offer betting on a range of other lotto draws, including the Irish lotto and Nifty Fifty. That said, these are the odd𒁃s available at other betting 🔜sites offering Spanish Lottery betting:

Bookmaker6-Ball Draw Win7-Ball Draw Win
bet365700/110,000/1
Paddy Power700/18,500/1
William Hill650/18,000/1
BoyleSports650/17,200/1
Coral675/18,000/1

Spain’s big Christmas lottery draw, El Gordo (or “”), is more than a lottery, but rather a part of the national festivities in a country where millions gather to watch the draw take place live on TV each 22nd of December. With around 90% of the population thought to be playing along, the jackpꦯots are known to build up into some of the largest on Earth. This was the case in 2019, when El Gordo dished out €2.24 billion in prizes with many smaller prizes in addition to the top prize. Now, obviously this win was for Spaniards playing their own l🌃ottery, but Betfred do accept bets on El Gordo too, which is something to think about.

Betting on the Spanish Lottery is simple, safe and fun, and can be enjoyed at Betfred betting shops or online ꧒at the Betfred website. You can bet for as little or as much as you like which is great news, be🍎cause it means you aren’t being held to a £1 stake, or £2, which is what it costs to buy a UK Lotto ticket. In addition, because wins are paid out according to a fixed odds scale, it means that much fairer payouts can be expected for two or three ball wins than would be rewarded for getting the same result in the main lotto draw. This is why Spanish lotto Betfred betting, and all other lotto bets, are growing in popularity all the time.

The best sites for the Spanish lottery are: Betfred and Paddy Power.

The latest Betfred Spanish Lotto results will be available within 15 minutes of the draw, and can be viewed online or in store with Betfred.

The Betfred Spanish Lotto draw takes place every Thursday and Saturday at 20.00 UK time.

With a Spanish♉ lotto bet, yಞou can stake any amount you are comfortable with.
