The only language available for customer service♑ is English. The agents were helpful and informative. There is also an FAQ section to use for basic queries.

It’s clear from the home page that BetGoodwin is geared towards horse racing, with the latest markets and odds for the sport being the first thing you see when entering the site. It does make it a tad c💟luttered and tough to find other options.

Navigation across different pages can be slow and a bit laggy, especially if you’re using livestreaming, while the overall design could use some freshening up to improve 𝓡the platform’s appearance.

🌺 To sum up, BetGoodwin’s site is decent and allows you to find the key areas to place wagers, register and deposit your funds. However, there are areas for improvement to fine-tune the overall look of the betting site to make all processes that bit smoother.

I found BetGoodwin’s app to be a good product when I tried it out on my iPhone 12, allowing me to use all⭕ of the functions available on its desktop counterpart, including livestreaming and cash-outs.
